SUMMARY:
Our client, a values-driven company within the hospitality industry, is seeking a hands-on and solutions-focused Finance & Administration Manager to join their team. This opportunity is ideal for a strong accounting professional who enjoys improving systems, streamlining processes, and making a meaningful operational impact within a growing business environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in improving integration and communication between multiple systems, enhancing automation, and reducing manual administrative workload across the business.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements

Accounting Degree
Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience
Strong accounting and reconciliation background
Xero experience is non-negotiable
SAICA articles beneficial
Hospitality industry experience advantageous
Experience with Mews beneficial
Experience with Lightspeed beneficial

Key Responsibilities

Capturing, allocation, and reconciliation of invoices
Managing debtors and creditors functions
Managing and improving system integrations and automation processes
Identifying inefficiencies and streamlining operational workflows
Ensuring financial accuracy and resolving discrepancies
Supporting alignment between operational and accounting systems
Reducing manual processes through improved automation and reporting
