JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client in Paarl is urgently looking for a Finance and Administration clerk.

Ideal candidate must be numerical strong, deadline driven, work independently and able to multi-task.

JOBDESCRIPTION:

Responsible for all finance administration

Creditors (full function)

Debtors (assist Finance Manager)

Annual audit preparation

Monthly journals and reports

Fixed Asset Register maintenance

Petty Cash

Cash-ups

Stock knowledge (Goods receiving and returning)

Administration:

Switchboard and Stationery

Marketing & Advertising

Human Resource tasks:

Leave requests & summary

Checking Clock in times and overtime

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

N6 Finance Management Diploma

5 years’ experience of all the above-mentioned tasks

Excellent Excel skills (including formulas)

IQ Enterprise or Pastel knowledge
