Finance and Insurance Business Manager

Our client in the Automotive Sector, based in Mthatha, is currently looking to employ an experienced Finance and Insurance Business Manager.

Requirements:

• Have 4-5 years working experience.
• Have a grade 12.
• RE5 Certificate.
• NCA Card.
• Previous experience as an Finance and Insurance Manager in a Dealership.
• Valid Code 08 Driver's License.
• Motivated and Confident with attention to detail.
• Persuading and influencing skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Calm and composed within a pressured working environment.
• Following all instructions and procedures with a strong work ethic.
• Excellent interaction and people skills.
• Ability to maintain a strong and productive working relationship with the Sales Manager and the sales team.
• Experience on Dealer platforms i.e., Pinnacle.
• Strong communication skills.
• Must be willing to work overtime if necessary.

Responsibilities and expectations but not limited to:

• Performing against set targets.
• Ensuring that applications and paperwork are completed correctly and in a timely manner.
• Effectively managing the processing of finance applications and submitting it to the various finance houses.
• Managing relationships between the client and the finance house/insurance provider.
• Understanding and complying with regulations affecting both new and preowned finance departments.
• Explaining product offerings and recommending products to meet the client's needs.
• Monitoring the progress of approved value-added product and insurance product sales.
• Administering the finance and insurance data.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Timeous contract pay-outs.
