POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities: Prepare accurate and insightful financial statements across a diverse property portfolio. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cost management processes. Ensure full compliance with IFRS, tax regulations , and robust internal controls. Collaborate with auditors and support the audit process from start to finish. Provide key financial insights to support property development and investment decisions. Skills & Requirements: BCom in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 5+ years of experience as a Financial Accountant (experience in the property industry is a plus). Solid understanding of IFRS , compliance standards, and tax regulations. Strong proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
