POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate and insightful financial statements across a diverse property portfolio.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cost management processes.
Ensure full compliance with IFRS, tax regulations, and robust internal controls.
Collaborate with auditors and support the audit process from start to finish.
Provide key financial insights to support property development and investment decisions.

Skills & Requirements:

BCom in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
5+ years of experience as a Financial Accountant (experience in the property industry is a plus).
Solid understanding of IFRS, compliance standards, and tax regulations.
Strong proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
