POSITION INFO:
Job & Company Description:
A prominent player in the engineering consulting space is seeking a highly skilled Financial Accountant to join their finance team. The role involves overseeing the full accounting function, ensuring compliance with IFRS, and contributing to internal control and audit processes. You will work closely with project and operational teams to ensure financial accuracy and accountability across multiple business units.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

BCom degree in Accounting or Finance (Honours or equivalent preferred)
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a Financial Accountant role, preferably within a project-based or engineering environment
Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards
Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, or similar)
Exceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills
