POSITION INFO:

As a Financial Accountant, you’ll work closely with senior leadership and the finance team to deliver high-quality financial reporting, ensure compliance, and support strategic decision-making. Your role will cover the full accounting function—from implementing process improvements and financial controls, to preparing monthly management accounts and statutory reports.

Preparing reconciliations, management accounts, and financial analyses
Managing budgets, forecasts, and daily cash flow reporting
Overseeing payroll, VAT submissions, and audit processes
Leading and mentoring finance staff, while ensuring KPIs and performance goals are met
Enhancing financial processes in a growing, systems-driven environment

Job Experience and Skills Required:
Financial degree required
Minimum 5 years relevant work experience
Strong ERP systems experience (manufacturing environment essential)
SAIPA or SAICA articles advantageous
Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency
