Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with laws and standards (GAAP/IFRS)
Prepare financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses
Manage accounts payable/receivable and tax submissions
Keep asset registers up to date and signed off monthly
Analyze departmental budgets to boost profitability
Oversee daily ERS attendance records

Skills & Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree
3+ years’ experience in finance/accounting
Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, and Excel
Attention to detail, great communication, and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
