SUMMARY:
Join a dynamic and driven investment firm where numbers matter, but insight matters more. We’re looking for a Financial Accountant with a sharp eye, strategic mindset, and passion for precision to support our growing portfolio of private equity investments.

POSITION INFO:
Financial Accountant - JHB North

Responsibilities:

Own the monthly and quarterly financial reporting process for investment entities and management companies.
Collaborate with investment teams to analyze portfolio performance and ensure accurate valuation of holdings.
Prepare and maintain capital account statements, waterfall calculations, and investor reports.
Support audits, compliance requirements, and fund structuring activities.
Work closely with CFO and senior stakeholders on strategic financial planning.

Requirements:

Qualified Accountant (CA, ACCA, CPA) or equivalent.
3+ years’ experience in financial accounting, ideally within investment management, private equity, or asset management.
Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP, consolidation, and fund accounting.
Advanced Excel skills & familiarity with financial systems
A proactive attitude, analytical rigor, and a sharp commercial sense.
