Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for property portfolios
• Manage general ledger reconciliations and month-end close processes
• Assist with preparation of annual financial statements in line with IFRS
• Support audits and liaise with external auditors
