Our client, a leading property management company, is seeking a meticulous and results-driven Financial Accountant to join their dynamic finance team. The purpose of the role is to oversee and execute all financial and accounting functions within the property portfolio. This includes maintaining accurate financial records, preparing budgets, attending portfolio management meetings, and supporting the Finance Manager with reporting, analysis, and other key financial activities. The ideal candidate will have strong technical accounting expertise, excellent attention to detail, and a solid understanding of property finance operations.

The purpose of this role is to perform all financial and accounting functions for the property portfolios, including attending portfolio management meetings, preparing budgets, maintaining accurate financial records, and assisting the Finance Manager with reporting, analysis, and other key financial activities. This role reports to the Finance Manager.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• com degree
• SAICA articles
• 3 years of experience post articles and 5 years of experience as an accountant within property without articles
• MDA experience
• Role is Excel-heavy.
