We’re on the hunt for a Financial Accountant who is meticulous, analytical, and ready to take ownership of financial processes in a dynamic retail environment. You’ll be responsible for key accounting functions and play an integral role in supporting strategic financial decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process month-end journals and ensure accurate monthly closings
• Compile and analyse balance sheet reconciliations
• Assist in the preparation of Annual Financial Statements (AFS)
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities
• Provide financial insights to support operational efficiency

• Completed BCom Degree in Accounting (non-negotiable)
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a financial accounting role
• Solid understanding of month-end processes and balance sheet recons
