POSITION INFO:
Company and Job Description:
We’re on the hunt for a Financial Accountant who is meticulous, analytical, and ready to take ownership of financial processes in a dynamic retail environment. You’ll be responsible for key accounting functions and play an integral role in supporting strategic financial decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and process month-end journals and ensure accurate monthly closings
Compile and analyse balance sheet reconciliations
Assist in the preparation of Annual Financial Statements (AFS)
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
Support budgeting and forecasting activities
Provide financial insights to support operational efficiency

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Completed BCom Degree in Accounting (non-negotiable)
Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a financial accounting role
Solid understanding of month-end processes and balance sheet recons
