SUMMARY:

POSITION INFO:

Prepare accurate monthly management accounts and variance commentary
Compile and maintain detailed balance sheet reconciliations
Oversee supplier reconciliations, payment processing, and cash control
Manage accounts receivable, billing, and debtor follow-ups
Maintain the fixed asset register and monthly depreciation calculations
Process and reconcile VAT, PAYE, UIF, and SDL submissions in line with SARS requirements
Support payroll data review and salary payment preparation
Assist with budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting
Prepare audit files and support annual audit processes
Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies

Skills & Experience:
Completed articles / signing off articles OR CIMA qualification in progress
Minimum 3 + years financial and accounting experience
Strong interest in finance as well as operational aspects of the finances and business

Qualification:
Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting
Completed articles or designation ie PA(SA) / CIMA / AGA(SA)
