Key Responsibilities:

Full financial accounting function, including month-end close, journals, and reconciliations
Preparation of financial statements in accordance with IFRS
VAT, tax compliance and statutory submissions
Managing and maintaining the fixed asset register and CAPEX reporting
Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Providing insights for operational and strategic decision-making
Liaising with external auditors and key internal stakeholders

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Education: Registered CA(SA) (non-negotiable)
Experience:
- 0–3 years post-article experience (automotive or manufacturing industry experience advantageous)
- Strong technical reporting and IFRS knowledge
Skills:
- Advanced MS Excel
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP/Oracle advantageous
- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail
Must have a valid driver’s licence and own transport
