SUMMARY:
Financial Accountant

POSITION INFO:
A reputable organisation within the manufacturing industry is seeking a driven Financial Accountant with a solid grounding in IFRS, budgeting, and operational finance. This role is ideal for an individual who enjoys working in a detail-oriented environment, contributing to accurate financial reporting, and supporting business performance. Exposure to SAP S/4HANA will be highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare financial statements in accordance with IFRS
Manage monthly reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis
Support forecasting processes and financial planning
Maintain general ledger accuracy and financial controls
Assist with audits, compliance, and internal governance
Provide financial insights to operational and management teams
Utilise SAP S/4HANA for reporting and financial processes (advantageous)

Job Experience and Skills Required

Education: BCom Accounting + Completed Articles; CIMA Strategic beneficial
Experience: 3 years post-articles
Industry Exposure: Manufacturing experience advantageous
Skills: IFRS, budgeting, reporting, financial controls, SAP S/4HANA exposure
Strong analytical ability and attention to detail
