In this environment, finance is critical to supporting patient care, research, and training through robust governance, accurate reporting, and strong controls. Key Responsibilities Support month-end and financial reporting processes in a high-volume hospital environment. Maintain accurate reconciliations, controls, and supporting records aligned to public-sector standards and PFMA principles. Assist with management accounts and audit preparation, ensuring audit-ready information and timely submissions. Work closely with clinical, administrative, and finance stakeholders to improve reporting quality and usefulness. Contribute to a compliant, efficient finance function that supports governance, risk management, and service delivery. Requirements BCom degree. Completed articles. 2-3 years' commercial experience in financial accounting.
