Key Responsibilities Support month-end and financial reporting processes in a specialist surgical hospital setting. Maintain accurate reconciliations, controls, and supporting records aligned to hospital and regulatory standards. Assist with management accounts, budgeting support, and audit preparation. Partner with clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders to enhance the quality and clarity of financial reporting. Contribute to a compliant, efficient finance function that supports sustainable growth and superior patient care. Requirements BCom degree. Completed articles. 2-3 years' commercial Financial Accounting experience. Healthcare or hospital exposure preferred, or experience in a similarly complex, regulated environment. Strong attention to detail and solid technical accounting skills. Comfortable working on site in a fast-paced, specialist clinical environment.
