Financial Accountant - George - Western Cape

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

B.Com Degree in Financial Accounting (or in process)
Completed SAIPA articles
MS Office & Caseware Software
Pastel Software
VAT knowledge
Must be able to work under pressure
Take responsibility for a client portfolio
Fully bilingual (Afrikaans and English)
Must be accurate

Duties will inlcude:

Drafting & compiling of financial statements on CaseWare Working Papers (or similar)
Accounting of closed corporations, trusts and companies
Year-end adjusting journals
Prepare fixed asset registers
General ledger reconciliations
Tax computations of companies, closed corporations, trusts and individuals
Complete and submission of income tax returns
