JOB SUMMARY:
Our international client in the Gas and Chemicals industry is in the market for a Chartered Accountant to take on the role as the Financial Accountant to support the Financial Department. Are you a newly qualified CA(SA) coming from Big 4 Audit or a CA(SA) with commercial experience in the Oil and Gas, Chemicals or Hardcore Manufacturing Industry? Apply now!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum Requirements:

CA(SA)
Newly qualified coming from Big 4 Audit OR
1 or more years’ post-article experience coming from the above-mentioned industries.
Excellent knowledge in Reporting, Accounting Standards and Company Tax
MS Office and JDE experience preferrable

Main Performance Areas (Responsibilities) in summary - (not limited to):

Annual financial statements and stakeholder reports
Cashbook
Fixed assets and work in progress function
Consolidation of subsidiary accounts
Foreign payables function
Internal and statutory audit
Inventory
Financial account reconciliations
JDE finance projects and security requests
