JOB SUMMARY:
Financial Accountant CA (SA) - R60k p/m - Centurion - Perm

JOB DESCRIPTION:

This market leading developer, owner and manager of township space in SA urgently needs your listed entity financial expertise!

Reporting directly to the CFO, the duties will not be limited to but will include:
Management of 2 employees
Handle complex recons
Year-end Journals and Preparation for Audit of listed company
Draft Annual Financial Statements and monthly management accounts in accordance with IFRS standards
Group Consolidations
Company TAX calculations and submissions
Annual report for listed company
iXBRL conversion for CIPC Compliance and CIPC filing
Assist with business / property acquisitions, budgets, etc.
Criteria:
A recently qualified CA (SA), with 2-3years experience in a listed environment or;
Have completed a financial degree, with SAICA articles & 5 years experience in a listed entity
Must be able to work on her/his own and meet deadlines in a listed environment.
Strong reconciliations abilities
Group Consolidations experience essential
Knowledge of MDA / MRI Property Systems will be an advantage
Clear ITC, crim record and stable track record with excellent references
Must be able to work under pressure
