On a search for an experienced Financial Accountant for one of my clients who are a big player in the property arena.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job & Company Description:
My client is one of the leaders in the property space with over 3 decades in operation. They are focussed on residential, retail and commercial property management and development.
They are looking for an experienced Financial Accountant to join their finance department.

The successful incumbent will be responsible for:

Review month-end calculations and reconciliations;
Review and approval of journal entries;
Annual calculations - rates and refuse escalations;
Preparing Monthly Management Reports
Producing financial reports relating to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses etc;
Reviewing, monitoring, and managing budgets & cash flow
Vat and Tax calculations

Education:

B Com Accounting - Non neg!
Completed articles

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
MDA Proficiency
Proficient in English and Afrikaans
Completed SAICA Articles
