JOB DESCRIPTION:

My client will offer you the opportunity to get involved on a group level concerning various reporting systems within the concern, which will enhance your reporting and consistency skills. My client is one of the leading importer and branding company within South Africa and they are currently growing their finance team and is now looking for a Junior Accountant to join their Woodmead office in Johannesburg.
As a Junior Accountant, you will be responsible to gather information, consolidate the information to aid with the deliverables of the department.

Duties will include:

Year and half year reporting
Quarterly reporting
Analysis of group balance sheet and reporting variances
Ensuring content meets reporting standards
Preparation of consolidated financial statements
Review of balance sheet recons

Qualifications:

BCom Accounting

Requirements:

Caseware
Syspro
Completed SAICA/SAIPA Articles
Minimum 2 years in a similar role
