JOB SUMMARY:
Leading and well known manufacturer based in Germiston requires a Financial Accountant with 7 to 10 years' accounting experience.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Must have completed a Degree in BCom Accounting / Finance
Minimum of 2 to 3 years SYSPRO computer experience is non-negotiable
Administration, monitoring, and supervising key financial performances and functions
Finalisation of management accounts
Profit estimate and forward forecast
Debtors invoicing
Monthly trading of projects
Liaison with customers and debtors’ collections
Reconciliation and control of intercompany transaction and balance
Bond applications and request for Board Solutions
Ensure Group policy and procedures are maintained
Review General Ledger reconciliations
Stock and WLP monthly review and assist with bi-annual stock takes
Year-end audit, liaise with auditors, audit pack
Tax Pack Annual Insurance declaration and monthly VAT review
Review of STATS SA, SARB, Debtors Assessment IAS 39
Review and assist with improved financial and computer systems (SYSPRO)
