SUMMARY:
Our client has a senior position for a Financial Accountant at their heafoffice in Pinetown. Position is for immediate start

POSITION INFO:

The main purpose of the job is to provide accurate and reliable reporting to the relevant

Stakeholders of the organisation timeously.

Oversees the day to day work of the finance department and is responsible for the effective use and deployment of staff and financial resources.

Ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures

Minimum Qualifications:

· Grade 12 and
· Honours - Preferably CA (SA)
· Appropriate qualification in finance, or a related field
· 5-10 Years’ Experience in the Finance sector with min 3 years in financial Management role
· Organisational, planning and analytical skills
· Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
· Deadline Driven
· Ability to negotiate at high levels and manage conflict.

Key Responsibilities:

All financial reporting
Budget Control
Cashflow
Audits
Staff Management / Leadership
Compliance with BSCO reporting (US GAAP) and statutory) reporting (IFRS)
