Financial Accountant - Direct Insurance

SUMMARY:
Our client is seeking a Financial Accountant from the Short-term Insurance and Reinsurance industry to start soonest:

POSITION INFO:

Financial Accountant - Direct Insurance

Pretoria East

R 25 000 pm

Minimum requirements:

• BCom Accounting / BCompt Accounting / BA Financial Accounting (completed SAIPA or SAICA articles will be beneficial but not required)
• MS Office with advanced Excel and MS Teams (Draftworx and Syspro will be advantageous)
• Must be fluent in English and Afrikaans and excellent writing and spelling of both
• 2 - 3 Years'' post degree experience in the Direct Insurance industry (Short-term and Reinsurance) and familiar with journal entries
• Must have a valid driver''s license and own reliable vehicle
• Will be working from home during Covid lock down - office bound twice a week
• Must have own seamless internet connectivity at home (for own cost) company will supply Laptop and Software

**Shortlisted applicants will be required to complete handwritten Bookkeeping test pre-selection
