JOB DESCRIPTION:

Full accounting function – Newly qualified CA (SA) / Articles is beneficial
- Ensure accurate and complete monthly financial reporting
- Review of monthly financial statements
- Monthly and daily financial internal reporting
- Assist with audit preparation and dealing with auditors
- Accurate and timeously submission of monthly financial results
- Monthly Management Accounts.
- Balance Sheet Recons.
- Processing of journal entries monthly
- Assist in preparing annual budgets including supporting schedules.
- Assist in preparing forecast when required, including supporting schedules.
- Tax
- Ensuring accurate and complete monthly Vat201 submissions.
- Ensuring accurate and complete provisional and annual tax return submissions.
- Assist in preparation of Annual Financial Statements.
- Ensure proper fixed asset management in the Company.
- Ensure the Company’s fixed asset registers are accurate and always kept current.
- Ensuring quarterly asset counts are performed and fixed asset registers updated accordingly.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls regarding fixed assets including but not limited to additions, transfers, and disposals.
- Handle insurance claims for the Company where applicable.
- Main contact for the Company in terms of banking.
- Handle all bank administration.
- Reconciling and capturing of Company P-Card/Credit Card/Debit Card claims.
- Loading of transfers and ad-hoc payments such as expense claims.
- Ensuring the cashflow forecast always remains updated.
- Assist with monthly BBBEE reporting requirements.

Requirements:
BCom Accounting plus Articles
Strong planning and administration skills
Work unsupervised, self-starter
Consistency
Advanced Excel skills
Attention to detail is a must
Accurate Reporting Skills
SAP Experience beneficial

Salary - R550 000 - R600 000p.a CTC
