SUMMARY:
Financial Administrative Assistant
Centurion
R14 000 - R18 000 CTC

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

3+ Years experience in a similar role
Evolution experience will be an advantage
Previous CIPC and Information Regulator submission experience is beneficial
Accounting experience will also be advantageous
Perform various administrative tasks including filing, record-keeping, and document management
Handle Beneficial Ownership filings and ensure records are up to date
Prepare and submit Annual Returns as required by regulatory authorities
Submit EMP201 (PAYE/UIF/SDL) and VAT201 returns within set deadlines
Manage all SARS correspondence, including audits and compliance queries
Process and record sales invoices and supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner
Process and reconcile bank statements regularly
Review daily cash-ups and identify any discrepancies
Prepare and process remittances for supplier payments
Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions
