Company and Job Description:
My client is looking for a Financial Administrator to join their dynamic team supporting multiple hospitality and retail operations. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with numbers that drive real business decisions this role is for you!

As a key member of our finance team, you’ll be responsible for ensuring accurate financial records, supporting operational decisions, and streamlining accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Capturing customer payments and reconciling sales control accounts
Balance sheet reconciliations and monthly income statement reviews
Tracking cost of sales, salaries, wastage, and cash flow forecasts
Providing financial insights to the GM including KPI tracking and profitability analysis
Supporting audits and improving integration between accounting systems

Job Experience and Skills Required:
1 - 3 years’ experience in accounting or bookkeeping (hospitality/retail experience preferred)
Solid reconciliation and reporting skills
Strong Excel skills
A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a high-paced environment
Team player with excellent communication and organizational skills
