Financial Administrator Ã¢Â€Â“ Howick

POSITION INFO:

Our client is looking for a reliable, determined person to manage administrative duties at their company

Responsibilities:

Basic bookkeeping
Reception duties
Assisting with month end
Managing petty cash
Maintaining the company database
Dictation typing
Creating new client files
Typing board minutes
Event planning
General administration

Essential Requirements:

Proficiency in Pastel
Must reside in Howick
Own vehicle and valid driver’s license
Non-smoker
Well written (previous typing experience would be advantageous)
High attention to detail
Trustworthy, honest and reliable
Excellent people skills and genuine passion for customer service
