My insurance client in Pretoria East is looking for a Financial Administrator.

Minimum requirements:

  • Matric
  • 1 year plus experience as an administrator within the Financial Services Industry. 
  • Ms Office

Duties:

Calling for astute, policy inform, paid-up quotes, etc

  • Responsible for ensuring all applications/quotes are completed and then checked for accuracy on submission from broker
  • Ensure that all applications are submitted to relevant product providers within the relevant timelines
  • Follow-ups and tasks to be completed within 2 days unless otherwise specified
  • All tasks to be updated via notes section on CRM every time action is taken
  • Continuous updates of specific reports as required
  • Maintain a professional relationship with relevant product providers/brokers/managers.
  • Comply with all internal quality/compliance controls.
  • Liaise and update brokers on all outstanding documentation/requirements
  • General office duties
  • Responsible for ensuring all queries are responded to within 1 day.
  • Assist fellow team members as required.
  • Attend all product or other training as required.
  • Responsible for ensuring emails are attended to before close of business each day.
  • General servicing requests as required by the advisors
  • Commission error adjustments
  • Capture all policies on CRM as required once acceptance is received
  • All policies must be captured with the least amount of errors i.e. maximum of 2% error margin on a monthly basis.
  • Complete processing within the required time frames as determined by the COO
  • Complete and e-file all applications per month, as required
  • All new applications to be e-filed within a specific time frame as required
