JOB SUMMARY:
One of South Africa’s property portfolio organisation operating in retail and the industrial sectors is seeking a financial administrator to join their financial division. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day functions of the accounting practices within the organisation. If this role best describes you, please apply!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Qualifications:

BCom or BCom Honours in Finance/Commerce
2-3 years previous experience in the property industry will be advantageous.

Job description & Skills

Monthly bank processing and reconciliation
General Ledger reconciliations
Customer invoicing
Customer payment allocation
Capturing and payment of invoices
Capturing and loading of Debt related payments on bonds and swaps
VAT reconciliations, submissions, and payments
