Quotes, investments, life cover, client proposals, financial plans, financial reviews, office duties

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Your Diploma in Fanancial planning will enable you to conduct:

Generating quotes (Investments, life cover etc.)
Implementing and monitoring client proposals and submitting applications
Implementing changes, switches, additions etc.
Manage client queries
Arrange and finalise repurchases and withdrawals
Submitting transfers etc.
Manage and drive outstanding requirements (FICA, Medicals etc.)
Ensure that product provider implements instructions correctly and within and reasonable timeframe
Developing, and reviewing clients’ financial plans, preparing client reports, reviews etc.
Assist with event planning
Gather and prepare information for client meetings (Reviews, proposals, implementations etc.)
Ensure client filing (Online and physical) is up to date
General office duties - Scanning, printing etc.
Manage advisor’s diary (Client birthdays, meetings etc.)
Provide holistic administrative support to financial advisor

You must be comfortable and experienced in working with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
