JOB SUMMARY:
Financial Administrator

Opportunity to join a well-established business based in George in the wholesale fuel industry. We require the skills of a highly organized financial orientated candidate to join the team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties include (but not limited to):

Full Debtors function
Full Creditors Function
Full financial support to the Financial Manager
Liaising with clients
Invoicing
Dealing with upliftment’s
Data capturing
Loading of payments
Dealing with consignment stock and allocation of purchases against consignment stock
Off-load procedures
Daily, weekly, and monthly reports
General Administration

Whilst the above is really an abbreviated version of the position, it requires a candidate with excellent understanding of, financials, statistics, calculations, and time management

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (major in any of the following: Accounting, Statistics, Mathematics, etc.)
Fluent in English and Afrikaans
Computer skills: MS Office Suite – with intermediate to advanced Excel skills

Accurate
Problem solving skills
Excellent communication
Ability to work independently
