SUMMARY:
A vacancy exists for a Financial Administrator (Creditors) with a client in the automotive sector.

POSITION INFO:

- Capturing local creditors invoices

- Preparing creditors recons

- Prepare and capture month-end statements

- Addressing queries and liaise directly with creditors when necessary

- Monitor and analyse creditors age analysis (investigate old outstanding debt)

- Ensuring all invoices are completely processed for month, raising provisions where necessary

- Assist with monthly stock take

- Capturing of wages hours on a weekly basis. Follow up with supervisors for discrepencies

- Prepare monthly HR recons

- Various ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

- Tertiary qualification in the field of finance

- At least 3 years working in a financial environment, with creditors clerk duties

- Highly proficient in ERP systems

- Practical SAP knowledge and experience

- Payroll experience advantageous
