POSITION INFO:
Financial Administrator Logistics Our client, a well-established logistics company based in Nelspruit, is seeking to appoint a dedicated and detail-oriented Financial Administrator to join their finance team. Key Responsibilities Process invoices, statements and reconciliations accurately and timeously, including freight and carrier invoices Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable Match delivery notes, waybills and PODs (proof of delivery) to supplier and customer invoices Assist with monthly financial reporting and general ledger maintenance Prepare and process journal entries Perform bank, creditor and fleet\/fuel cost reconciliations Maintain accurate and organised financial records and filing systems Assist with budgeting and expense tracking, including vehicle and warehousing costs Liaise with suppliers, transporters, clients and internal departments regarding financial queries Support the finance team with ad-hoc administrative and reporting tasks Requirements Grade 12 with a relevant financial\/bookkeeping qualification Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a similar financial administration role, logistics or transport sector experience advantageous Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting\/ERP software (e.g. Pastel, Sage) Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail Excellent organisational and time-management skills Fluent in English and Afrikaans Stable work history with contactable references What the Client Offers Salary: R8 000 per month How to Apply: Submit your CV & supporting documents via link provided only.
