Access to most financial services through a specialized adviser support system: short-term, Long-term, Medical Aid, Investments, and Foreign Exchange.
Office, hot desk, and telephony facilities.
Social media and marketing support.
Complete back-office support. Compliance and operational ability.
Opportunities

Large untapped referral databases. We match individual advisers with referral mines for optimal efficiency.

• Referral agreements between field and internal sales personnel to optimize opportunities

• Sales support in Prospecting, Pipeline management, and Laser-focused objective management.

Compensation structure

• 100% upfront commission.

• Desk fee commission split.

• Recurring commission split on short-term referral business.

Vesting bonuses (capped R100 000)
Training allowance – R24 000

Requirements

Minimum 2 years experience in financial services.
RE5 or RE1
120 credits –recognized qualification.
Own vehicle
Driver’s license.
Matric certificate (or equivalent NQF4 or higher)
