Minimum Requirements

• RE5 Qualification
• 120 NQF Credits
• 2–3 Years of Financial Advisory Experience
• Own Vehicle and Valid Driver’s License (Code B)

Role Overview

• Build and manage a portfolio of clients, offering personalized financial advice and solutions.
• Develop tailored investment, insurance, and retirement strategies for each client.
• Guide clients through estate planning and wealth management decisions.
• Stay updated with market trends and product innovations.
• Achieve and exceed production targets with the support of a dedicated branch team.
• Operate in a hybrid working model—office-based and client-facing as required.

Earning Potential and Benefits

• Potential Annual Earnings: Up to R600,000
• Commission Structure:
  
  • 100% of first-year commission
  • 80% of second-year commission
• Daily Payouts:
  
  • 70% of commission paid upfront
  • 30% retained for tax and deductions
