Position Summary
Our client is seeking client-focused Financial Advisors to provide holistic financial planning and wealth management solutions to individuals, families, professionals, and business owners. Advisors will build and maintain long-term client relationships, assess financial needs, develop tailored financial strategies, and support clients in achieving their financial goals.
The role offers opportunities across multiple experience levels, from entry-level advisors developing foundational skills to senior advisors managing complex client portfolios and mentoring team members.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain trusted, long-term client relationships.
• Conduct financial needs analyses and risk assessments.
• Understand clients' financial goals, objectives, and personal circumstances.
• Deliver ongoing financial planning reviews and recommendations.
• Provide exceptional client service and support.

• Develop comprehensive financial plans.
• Advise clients on:
• Investment planning
• Retirement planning
• Risk and insurance solutions
• Estate planning
• Tax-efficient wealth strategies
• Education and savings planning
• Business assurance and succession planning
• Monitor and review financial strategies regularly.

• Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and prospecting activities.
• Build strategic relationships with centres of influence and professional partners.
• Participate in marketing and client engagement initiatives.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective clients.

• Ensure all advice and recommendations comply with applicable regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.

• Review investment performance and suitability.
• Assist clients with portfolio construction and asset allocation strategies.

POSITION INFO:
Experience Requirements by Level Junior Financial Advisor Experience: 0-2 years Key Focus Learn financial planning processes and client engagement. Support senior advisors with client servicing and administration. Build foundational advisory and business development skills. Requirements Relevant financial qualification. RE5 completed or working towards completion (where applicable). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Desire to build a career in wealth management. Financial Advisor Experience: 2-5 years Key Focus Manage own portfolio of clients. Deliver comprehensive financial planning advice. Achieve individual sales and business development targets. Requirements Proven advisory experience. Relevant industry qualifications. Strong relationship-building skills. Demonstrated ability to acquire and retain clients. Senior Financial Advisor Experience: 5-10+ years Key Focus Manage high-net-worth and complex client relationships. Lead sophisticated financial planning engagements. Mentor junior advisors. Drive business growth initiatives. Requirements Extensive financial planning experience. Established client base and referral network preferred. Strong technical knowledge across wealth management disciplines. Leadership and coaching capability. Lead Advisor \/ Wealth Partner Experience: 10+ years Key Focus Lead strategic client relationships. Contribute to business growth and leadership. Develop advisor capability and succession planning. Influence firm strategy and client experience standards. Requirements Significant wealth management experience. Strong commercial acumen. Proven leadership track record. Established reputation within the industry.
