Our client is seeking client-focused Financial Advisors to provide holistic financial planning and wealth management solutions to individuals, families, professionals, and business owners. Advisors will build and maintain long-term client relationships, assess financial needs, develop tailored financial strategies, and support clients in achieving their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain trusted, long-term client relationships.
- Conduct financial needs analyses and risk assessments.
- Understand clients' financial goals, objectives, and personal circumstances.
- Deliver ongoing financial planning reviews and recommendations.
- Provide exceptional client service and support.
Financial Planning & Advice- Develop comprehensive financial plans.
- Advise clients on:

- Education and savings planning
- Business assurance and succession planning
- Monitor and review financial strategies regularly.
Business Development- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and prospecting activities.

Compliance & Governance- Ensure all advice and recommendations comply with applicable regulatory requirements.

Portfolio Management- Review investment performance and suitability.

Strong technical knowledge across wealth management disciplines. Leadership and coaching capability.
