Requirements:

• Advisors MUST be 26 years or older and have a minimum of 2 years advisory experience and possess their RE5 certificate, and only those currently employed need apply.
• If the advisor is in the industry for more than 6 years, he/she needs to have 120 FAIS credits on NQF Level 5, in their name.
• Must have a Valid Driver’s license and own reliable vehicle compulsory to travel to clients, on a daily basis.
• Must have matric.
• Must have related degrees/certificates/diplomas upon submission of this job application.
• Foreigners are welcome - provided they have a passport, work permit and a valid international SA drivers license.
• A clear credit/criminal record would be favourable, advisors with default credit records, must provide payment plans and proof of arrangement with the default vendor, may be motivated.
• RE5 and DOFA report MUST be submitted upon application.

Renumeration:

• Basic salary of R12,000,00 per month for the first 2 months whilst in training.
• Commission split potential of 100%.
• Vesting bonus that would result in 140% of commission.
