Financial Aid Counsellor

SUMMARY:
Our client is looking for a Financial Aid Counsellor
*Only for People with Disabilities as per EE*

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements
 M+3 Business Administration, Financial Management, Public Management or related field of study.
 Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in bursary administration preferably at Higher Education Institution
Knowledge
 Financial Aid Policies.
 Understanding of Higher Education Environment.
Special Requirements
 Experience on ITS systems.
 Excellent Communication skills-Verbal and Skills written.
 NSFAS rules and Regulations and procedure.
 Knowledge of NCR as NSFAS agent.
 Ms Office suits, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet.

Duties
 Advices student on Financial Aid matters.
 Submits reports in terms of task completed.
 Liaise with Donor/Sponsors in respect of bursaries.
 Ensure sound customer service and support
 Any other duties assigned by Senior Financial Aid Counsellor or Manager Financial Aid.
