Opportunity for a Financial Analyst (6 month contract).

POSITION INFO:
Are you a skilled finance professional with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for analysis? A leading JSE listed property company is looking for a Finance Planning Analyst to join their team on a 6-month contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a high-performing finance team, gain exposure to complex financial modelling, and support strategic decision-making in a dynamic environment.

Duties:

Conduct detailed variance analysis to support strategic and operational decisions
Build and maintain financial models
Financial reporting
Assist with budgeting and forecasting
Preparation of Board Committee packs
Provide insights and recommendations to support management reporting

Minimum Requirements:

BCom Honours in Finance, Accounting or a related field (essential)
Completed articles is essential

Skills:

Strong skills in financial modelling and variance analysis
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
