The Role: FP&A Accountant / Business Analyst.

As the link between finance and operations, you’ll help the business make sense of performance metrics, cost drivers, and forecasting models—all while building a career in the exciting, high-growth world of BPO.

Key Responsibilities:

Budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
Analyzing operational costs, revenue performance, and KPIs
Building and maintaining financial models and dashboards
Partnering with business units to provide data-driven insights
Presenting monthly and quarterly performance reviews to management
Supporting the development of strategic cost-saving initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

â CA(SA) – Recently qualified or up to 1 year post-articles
â Strong academic background – Transcripts required
â High attention to detail with strong Excel and analytical skills
â Excellent communicator with strong business acumen

Salary:
ð° R 660 000 CTC per annum
