The Role: FP&A Accountant / Business Analyst.
As the link between finance and operations, you’ll help the business make sense of performance metrics, cost drivers, and forecasting models—all while building a career in the exciting, high-growth world of BPO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Analyzing operational costs, revenue performance, and KPIs
- Building and maintaining financial models and dashboards
- Partnering with business units to provide data-driven insights
- Presenting monthly and quarterly performance reviews to management
- Supporting the development of strategic cost-saving initiatives
What We’re Looking For:- â
CA(SA) – Recently qualified or up to 1 year post-articles
- â
Strong academic background – Transcripts required
- â
High attention to detail with strong Excel and analytical skills
- â
Excellent communicator with strong business acumen
Salary:ð° R 660 000 CTC per annum
