Financial Analyst

A reputable international advertising and public relations organization is looking for an energetic and dynamic Newly Qualified CA(SA).

JOB & COMPANY DESCRIPTION

The Financial Analyst will be responsible for the analysis of all group financial information, ratio analysis, budget and forecasts, monthly and quarterly submissions for the group and weekly cash reports. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for the management of forward exchange contracts, assisting with audit administration, client profitability analysis of various clients and performing IFRS based calculations. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with ad-hoc accounting processes, reviewing balance sheet reconciliations, and assisting the Group Financial Controller with month end ad hoc group reports.

EDUCATION

The successful candidate must have the following qualifications:

• Newly qualified CA (SA)
• Partly qualified CA (SA) – passed board one is non-negotiable

JOB EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED

• At least 1 year post article experience
• Strong financial analyst and reporting knowledge
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience with Navision is preferred
• Excellent problem solving
• Advanced Excel skills
• Good team player, has diplomacy and tact
• Deadline driven
• Systems and efficiencies driven
