Financial Analyst - Manufacturing

Our client, an International manufacturing company, seeks to employ a qualified Financial Analyst, with a strong focus on budgets, forecasting and costing, to join their fast-paced finance team.

Please note that only candidates with a background in manufacturing or a related industry, specifically dealing with costing, budgets and forecasting, will be considered, as well as a candidate who is self-disciplined, energetic and focused on producing high quality work and results

KEY REQUIREMENTS TO MEET FOR CONSIDERATION

• You will have a tertiary qualification, either Degree or CIMA, coupled with 3-5 years experience in financial analysis, management accounting and reporting.
• You will have a proven track record in financial analysis, strategic planning, costing, financial control, as well as support and administrate the setting of accurate budget and forecasts for sales and operational areas.
• You will be proficient in the administration of control processes and procedures to ensure sales controllable costs are in line with budget, recognizing patterns, trends and opportunities in weekly GP’s, administration of performing accurate product costing’s and analyse variances and serve as Finance support to sales and marketing and operational areas.
• You will have advanced Excel skills, as well as be advanced in terms of ERP proficiency (SAP, SYSPRO, etc)
• You must have a valid driver’s license, own car and a clear criminal and credit record.
