POSITION INFO:
An established organisation is looking for a Financial Assistant to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2-3 years' experience who enjoys working across different areas of finance and is looking to build on their existing accounting and administrative skills. Duties & Responsibilities: Assist with the day-to-day Debtors Process and maintain customer accounts and transactions Assist with Creditors processing and supplier accounts Process invoices, payments and supporting documentation Perform account and statement reconciliations Assist with resolving customer and supplier queries Maintain accurate financial records and filing Provide general finance and administrative support Assist with reporting and month-end requirements Capture and maintain financial information accurately on Excel Assist with ad hoc finance and administrative tasks as required Qualifications & Skills: No formal tertiary qualification required 2-3 years' relevant finance experience Debtors experience essential Creditors experience essential Financial administration experience essential Strong Excel skills Logistics industry experience advantageous If you're ready to build on your finance experience and take on a role offering exposure across Debtors, Creditors and administration, this could be the opportunity for you.
