SUMMARY:
Dynamic multi-national pharmaceutical concern based in the North has a fantastic opportunity for a qualified CA(SA) or CIMA candidate with previous experience in a similar role as a Financial Business Planning Analyst / Finance Business Partner in a Pharmaceutical or FMCG environment. Also with experience in Pricing.
POSITION INFO:
The purpose of the role would be to operate in a multi-divisional cross territory environment covering processes and providing support to Senior Management on financial and pricing topics.
Business analysis to support monthly operational reviews and adhoc requests on sales, cost centre, customers, products, sales channels, profit and loss and shared service allocations
Analyse investments and sales
Support the annual budeting, rolling forecast and strategic planning processes
The role is for the Southern African Region (15 countries)
Pricing proposal
Pricing and funding models
Maintain the optimal process flow to manage price changes (either of price reduction, deals or tender prices)
Portfolio deal proposals
Alternative funding models to champion projects (as per each country''s government legislation)
Provide insights on proposed price reductions / increases
Fundamental analyst competencies and Advance Excel skills
Professional qualification either CA(SA) or CIMA (not-negotiable)
Previous experience in commercial finance in FMCG or Pharmaceutical
Multi-national experience
Strong MS Excel skills and SAP essential
