POSITION INFO:
Our client, a leading name in the South African banking sector, is looking for a Financial Business Analyst to join their dynamic, future-focused team in Gauteng.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with key stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable financial insights.
Develop, analyse, and report on financial performance, forecasts, and trends.
Support strategic decision-making through data modelling and business intelligence.
Drive process improvements and implement financial systems that enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Collaborate across departments to deliver high-impact business and financial solutions through their integration process

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (CFA/CA(SA)/CIMA advantageous).
3–5 years’ experience as a Financial or Business Analyst within the banking or financial services industry.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data visualisation skills (Excel, Power BI, SQL, SAP.
