R18 000 - R20 000 CTC

Our client in the Agricultural Sector is looking for a Financial Administrator with Debtors and Creditors experience to join their team in Nelspruit - Alkmaar.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Grade 12
Additional financial qualification would be an advantage
Managing the full Debtors and Creditors function
Capturing and processing invoices accurately and timeously
Reconciling customer and supplier accounts
Following up on outstanding debtors and ensuring timely collections
Preparing and processing payments to suppliers
Handling queries related to accounts receivable and payable
Performing monthly reconciliations of accounts
Assisting with cash flow management and forecasting
Capturing bank statements and performing bank reconciliations
Assisting with VAT calculations and submissions
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
Assisting in preparation of audit files and supporting documentation
Supporting the finance team with ad hoc administrative and accounting tasks
Must have own transport and valid Driver's license
